About the role

Bali Love' is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Wedding Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for selling our exclusive Bali destination wedding packages to couples across Australia. With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, you will guide clients through every step of the wedding planning process and ensure their dream Bali wedding becomes a reality.

Job requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Actively prospect for new wedding clients through various sales channels, including digital marketing, networking events and direct outreach
• Conduct in-depth consultations with couples to understand their vision and requirements for their dream Bali wedding
• Expertly curate and present Bali wedding package options tailored to each client's needs and budget
• Negotiate contracts and manage all booking processes from inquiry to final payment
• Liaise with our Bali-based wedding planning team to ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Provide exceptional post-booking support and address any client questions or concerns
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and wedding packages

• Bali based
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a wedding or event related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client requests
• Passionate about the Bali destination and familiar with the local wedding industry
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
