Brand Manager - Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

We are looking for a Brand Manager who is creative, data-driven, and fluent in Mandarin to lead the growth of our vape products in Indonesia. You will work closely with our HQ in China and manage all branding, marketing, and product-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand strategy for the Indonesian market
• Localize marketing campaigns from China for Indonesia
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking teams (China HQ, suppliers, factory)
• Coordinate product launches, events, and promotions
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior
• Support sales and distributor teams with marketing materials
• Ensure all branding is consistent across platforms

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience in branding or marketing (FMCG/vape/electronics is a plus)
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian market trends
• Good communication and project management skills
• Able to work independently and with teams

Preferred:

• Experience working with Chinese companies
• Familiar with digital marketing, TikTok, Instagram
• Knowledge of the vape industry is a plus
