Position Title: Finance Director
Reports To: CFO/CEO
Scope of Management: All secondary departments under the Finance Center
Salary Range: 100,000,000 - 130,000,000 IDR per month
Nationality: Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy: Participate in overall company strategic planning, offering financial insights to ensure feasibility and profitability of implementation.
   
   
2. Financial Planning: Research consumer trends, competition, and economic policies in the Indonesian F&B market. Based on the company’s expansion plans in Jakarta and other regions, develop comprehensive financial plans covering fundraising, investment, and profit growth.
   
   
3. Financial Management & Decision Support: Oversee monthly financial report preparation and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Host quarterly financial review meetings to analyze key metrics (e.g., revenue, cost ratio, gross margin), and propose cost optimization and profit improvement strategies.
   
   
4. Tax Planning & Management: Monitor tax, forex, and financial regulation updates in Indonesia. Formulate tax optimization strategies to reduce liabilities and enhance structure.
   
   
5. Risk & Compliance Management: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance and effective controls, addressing risks proactively. Maintain good relationships with Indonesian tax and audit authorities.
   
   
6. Team Management & Development: Design finance team structure and recruitment plans. Implement performance evaluations, optimize workflows, adopt advanced financial systems and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Responsibility & Integrity: Follow financial laws and company policies strictly, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the reliability of financial data. Detail-oriented and rigorous in ensuring financial security and stability.

Hard Requirements:

1. Must have managed no fewer than 15 people.
   
   
2. Industry background: F&B, FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
   
   
3. Experience in overseeing complex accounting systems involving multiple entities.
   
   
4. Age must fall within the range specified in the job description (candidates who are too young or too old will not be considered).

Job Requirements

1. Age & Education: 30–35 years old. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Preference given to those with CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications.
   
   
2. Work Experience: At least 8 years of finance-related experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a financial management role in the F&B, manufacturing, retail/FMCG, or service industries. Preference for candidates with multinational or overseas work experience.
   
   
3. Professional Skills:
   
   
   
   • Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
     
     
   • Familiar with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
     
     
   • Experienced in cash flow management, especially international capital operations and risk control.
     
     
4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Basic knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
   
   
5. Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to build and manage finance teams; excellent communication and coordination skills for internal and external collaboration.
   
   
6. Other Qualities: Strong learning and adaptability to quickly adjust to the Indonesian market and business needs. High integrity, team spirit, detail-oriented, and responsible.
