Quality, Safety, and Compliance Assistant Manager - Retail Apparel

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Corporate Quality to understand the Group's policy related to product compliance, quality standards, group nomination guidelines, quality agency engament policies and statutory authority network management.
• Participate and/or monitor national standardization work and business associations to drive improvements of product related standards.
• Implementation of Quality, Safety and other Product Compliance, for all brands across all company concepts.
• Onboarding new quality agencies and finalizing SLA with existing quality certification agencies
• Provide support on Labelling rules according to Indonesia government regulation
• Assess product to identify possible compliance risk
• Develop traning module on SNI chemical management standards, to be shared with vendors
• Publish monthly status report for all stake holders.
• Publish quarterly compliance performance report for management.
• Monitoring lead time for inspection, sampling as well as SNI testing & Work with logistic team for import product to streamline the shipment process.
• Monitor product labeling, packaging, and classification to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.
• Understand the Indonesia standards and regulations
• Basic understanding of Global quality norms, standards and policies.
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience from retail background will be more advantage.
• Understand the SNI regulation
• Understand the SDPPI registration flow for every blue tooth devices
• Understand and comprehend the HSE standards that must be met for products manufactured
• domestically or imported from abroad.
