Responsible for leading our IT Infrastructure department and managing our cybersecurity strategy. This role is crucial in IT Helpdesk operations, the efficiency of our IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and ensuring the security, integrity, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement the IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT and cybersecurity initiatives with business needs.
- Cybersecurity:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's cybersecurity framework for operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001).
- Develop and implement incident response plans and manage cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
- Monitor and manage security tools, systems, and protocols to protect data and IT assets.
- IT Infrastructure:
- Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security.
- Oversee IT operations, including software updates, hardware maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Cloud Services:
- Lead the implementation and management of cloud-based solutions and services across Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Optimize cloud resources and costs through strategic planning and management.
- IT Helpdesk:
- Oversee the IT Helpdesk operations to ensure timely and effective support for all end-users.
- Implement and manage Helpdesk policies, procedures, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor Helpdesk performance metrics and continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to Helpdesk staff to enhance their technical skills and customer service abilities.
- Systems and Applications:
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems and applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ensure the integration and compatibility of various IT systems and applications to support business processes.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and address their IT needs and improve system functionalities.
- IT Budget and Utilization:
- Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of IT resources and adherence to budget constraints.
- Monitor IT expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to IT and cybersecurity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency.
