IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic direction for the IT department in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Decide the technological direction of the organization and translate through IT strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate the needs into IT technical requirements
• Lead a team of IT professionals to develop and implement strategic technology solutions as well as to ensure that IT operations are running effectively.
• Manage and monitor IT projects in collaboration with other departments or external vendor
• Maintain and develop IT infrastructure (servers, networks, etc) and IT security
• Monitoring and optimizing IT budget effectively
• Establish and maintain the implementation and compliance of IT policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Information Science/Computer Software Engineering
• Proven experience with a minimum of 5 years experience as IT Manager
• Effective leadership skills (good communication skills, good and unique problem-solving and decision-making abilities)
• Strong technical background in a wide range of IT (operating systems, networking, mikrotik network configuration, database, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IOT and other IT Management)
• Certifications such as ITIL V.5, Cobit, MTCNA are a plus
• Experience in transitioning information systems to meet the latest standards
• Expertise in using ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and customer-centric to collaborate with cross-functional department
