Technician Scientific

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, test functions, and product training for the customer
• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment
• Perform the quality control of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment in the warehouse
• Maintain the installed products according to current regulations or applied standards
• Good customer satisfaction to maintain good relationships with the principals and customers
• Create service and installation reports and other supporting data after visiting the customers.

• Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electro Engineering or Physics Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Technician/Service Engineer/Laboratory Technician or other relevant experience (fresh graduates from Electro or Physics Engineering are welcome)
• Good understanding of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment
• Good understanding of refrigerator (cooler system)
• Proficient English is a must (verbal and written)
• Have a driver's license (A, C, or both)
• Willing to do regular business trips
• Will be based in Jakarta
