Middle Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing product backlogs, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring successful delivery of value-driven software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management and business process improvement, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Gathering and Backlog Management :

• Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure backlog readiness for execution.
• Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs.
• Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

1. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration :

• Engages with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the backlog for continuous improvement
• Works closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication and alignment

Qualifications:

1. Must Have More than 3 year’s experiences as Product Owner
2. Intensive experience in exercising IT Project Management and Business Process Improvement
3. Understand of IT Services Market & Business will be preferred
