Middle UI UX Analyst

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented with a passion for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of the automotive market, and a strong sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating high-quality video content, from conceptualization to final output, and is proficient in industry-standard editing software. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand video content that resonates with our audience and aligns with current market trends.

• Job Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate closely with Business Users, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile Teams to understand business needs/problems, product vision, and business goals.
2. Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, validation and verification, with research,benchmarking, discussion, and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
3. Create mock-up and develop user flow to get product compatibility.
4. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
5. Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming through usability test activity
6. Produce videos for product brand imaging or to support the socialization of new feature launches
7. Create new or update user manual video of application product
8. Producing high-quality video content & collaborating with teams to create compelling content that are aligned wit the application's brand's values, vision, and messaging

Requirements:

1. Must Have Willing to be placed at Pulomas, East Jakarta
2. Must Have Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
3. Good understanding of automotive market trends and consumer behavior
4. Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of honesty and responsibility

• Qualifications:

1. Must Have Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Must Have Strong ability to collaborate with teams to develop creative ideas and campaigns
3. Must Have Proficient in digital technology and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci, etc.)
4. Must Have Proven experience as a Video Creator
5. Expertise in audio balancing, color grading, clip sequencing, and exporting in various formats 
6. Familiar with motion graphics and compositing
