Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Having knowledge in HRIS/IT Talent Solutions/Digital & Technology products Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
• Having knowledge in HRIS products, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactor, DarwinBox, SunFish, etc.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts, up to account acquisitions
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduates from reputable universities, preferred from Marketing, Business, or similar field of studies
• 0-2 years' experiences in Business Development and Sales
• Able to perform exceed expectations under tight deadline and targets
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Having knowledge of social media analytics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions)
• Experienced with graphic/video design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot, Final Cut) is a competitive advantage
