Your Role

As our Art Director in Bali, you'll:

• Set New Standards: Lead our design team in creating robust brands and digital experiences that stand out in every market and represent our clients' values and vision.
• Bring Projects Over the Finish Line: Set up timelines, manage the creative part of a project and get the project from concept to launch.
• Hands on Design: Even though your role is mainly about managing people you will still tackle design challenges yourself on a daily basis.
• Master Multiple Industries: Quickly adapt to different industries and challenges - From NGOs in Iceland to industrial manufacturers in Germany.
• Make Everyone Around You Better: Mentor designers who share your passion for turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.
• Improve Processes: Bring UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers and Marketing on the same page through robust processes and clear communication.
• Shape Tomorrow: Work closely with our executive team in order to push our agency forward.

Your Profile

We're looking for a seasoned art director who has years of experience to show for and who thrives in the balancing act of hands-on design and managing designers. In particular you should have gained skills in:

Crafting Brands:

• Proven track record in developing compelling brand strategies
• Deep understanding of design principles and their application
• Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences
• Portfolio demonstrating successful branding projects across industries

Leading the Creative Process:

• Natural talent in providing constructive, detailed design feedback
• Experience in translating creative vision into actionable direction
• Skilled in guiding design teams through complex projects
• Comfortable balancing hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities

Bridging Vision and Execution:

• Proven ability to collaborate with Stakeholders and translate their feedback for the design team
• Experience in running effective design reviews and feedback sessions
• Strong facilitation skills for creative meetings and workshops

Technical Excellence:

• Expert command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design tools and digital trends
• Crafting design frameworks that scale without losing their soul
