Your Role 

As our Senior Developer, you'll:

• Develop Project Plans: Dive into requirements and timelines and stay on track with your team to deliver quality software and websites.
• Code Hands On: Help our development team by jumping behind the keyboard yourself and lead with skill and confidence.
• Establish Best Practices: Create workflows, templates, and guidelines that enable consistent project delivery while maintaining creative freedom.
• Select & Implement Tools: Research, choose, and roll out new tools that help speed up development cycles and workflows.
• Mentor & Guide: Coach team members on development principles and help them adapt to new processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the Design Team: Bridge the gap to the designers and ensure that their vision is in line with the capabilities of the development team.

Your Profile 

We're looking for an experience developer with excellent skills in team management and project planning. In particular, you should have:

Project Management and Communication:

• Experience in setting up project management and guiding a team throughout the project
• Track record of successfully implementing new tools and workflows
• Excellent communication skills (English) and a pro-active communication approach
• Experience in working with cross functional team especially with UI and UX Designer

Strong Foundation in Web Technologies and Coding Principles:

• Follows clean code principles and can teach them to others
• Excellent JavaScript, React and Node.js skills
• Excellent HTML5 and CSS3 skills
• Experienced in frameworks such as GSAP, Gatsby.js, Next.js
• Comfortable with test driven development practices

Strategic Thinking:

• Staying up to date with current developments in the industry
• Requirement planning and choosing the right tech stack for projects
• Ability to design scalable systems that support business growth
• Experience in resource allocation and capacity planning
